If you love rich, chocolatey coffees with smooth nutty sweetness, you’re about to discover your new favorite roast. PB Choco Nova is a luxurious Indian coffee with decadent notes of cocoa, peanut brittle, roasted almond, and milk chocolate—a flavor profile so indulgent it tastes like a peanut-butter chocolate truffle.

Brew it, sip it, and let the flavor pull you into orbit.

What It Tastes Like

  • Chocolate-forward with creamy peanut-butter richness

  • Roasted almond & caramelized sugar sweetness

  • Dense, silky body

  • Low acidity — gentle on sensitive stomachs

  • Incredible for espresso & daily brews

Lighter roasts (City+) give almond butter + malt sweetness.
Darker roasts (Full City+) bring deep cocoa + peanut brittle warmth.

Where This Coffee Comes From

PB Choco Nova originates from the legendary Pearl Mountain Estate in the Western Ghats of India—one of the most biodiverse mountain ranges on Earth.

The story:
Planted in 1920 by Shivappaiya Patre, the estate (Ratnagiri—meaning Pearl Mountain) is now run by the third generation, Rohith and Ashok Patre. The farm sits at 1200–1500 meters and is surrounded by pepper vines, shade-grown canopy trees, and cardamom groves—all of which influence the bean’s rich, aromatic depth.
